Managment Biographies:

Mary Ryan - Founder and Managing Director

Mary Ryan is founder and director of Product Innovator Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and has over 17 years experience working in the finance and software industries.

Before founding Product Innovator Ltd, Mary Ryan was Senior Product Manager at IONA Technologies responsible for the “Orbix E2A Mainframe Edition” product line. During her five years at IONA, Mary worked with blue-chip customers including Credit Suisse, AT&T, BellSouth, GAD, Winterthur, Swisscom, SBC, Unicible and Zurich Insurance. 

Prior to joining IONA, Mary worked as an analyst/programmer in the IT Treasury Division of AIB Bank.

Mary has a strong technical background, and a strong understanding of software markets built on years of experience with customer requirements gathering, product definition, product management, sales training, lead generation and customer relationship management.

Tony Jewtushenko - Director, Research & Development

Tony Jewtushenko's 22 year career in the software industry spans the entire spectrum of the software development lifecycle and is coupled with strong people and product management skills. Tony is recognized as an industry expert in software localization & globalization with regular speaking engagements at industry events. He was a key contributor to dozens of releases of successful commercial software products including Lotus 1-2-3 and Notes, Oracle JDeveloper and iDS. His multinational work experience spans USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to joining Product Innovator, Ltd. in 2005, Tony was Principal Product Manager for Oracle's Application Development Tools specializing in JDeveloper and TranslationHub. Before joining Oracle Corporation in 2000, Tony worked in a number of software engineering and project management roles during his decade long tenure with IBM/ Lotus Development Corporation. Tony also held a number of IT roles with AEW, Inc., and Applications Systems Corporation.

Tony has published and presented technical papers and is active in software industry standards groups. He is the founding and present chairman of the OASIS XLIFF Technical Committee, a founding member of the OASIS Translation Web Services Technical Committee, and was an Irish national delegate to the ISO JTC1 Web Services Study Group. Tony studied Mathematics, with concentration in Computer Science, at Boston University.
