Guarantee: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with our training we will refund the course fees in full.

Group rates: A group discount of 15% applies where three or more members of your organisation book the event. If this group discount is applied, no other discounts will apply.

Substitutions: If you cannot attend the event you may alternatively send a substitute participant. Substitutions can be made at any time, but need to be notified before the course start date.

Changes: You may change your attendance for this course for a later course at no charge if you notify us more than 7 days before course start date (i.e. Before 17th June 2008). A change after this date (i.e. after 17th June 2008) is considered to be a cancellation.

Cancellations: Cancellations received within 14 days of course start date (i.e. from 10th June 2008) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of course start date (i.e. from 17th June 2008) or failure to attend the event.

Payment: Payment must be made in full in advance of the course start-date.
